To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders within Bangladesh, returns must be handed over directly to the delivery man at the time of delivery, and the customer must bear the delivery charge. For product exchanges, the delivery charge will also be entirely carried by the customer.
In the case of any wrong or incorrect delivery, all responsibility and associated costs will be carried by the seller. Please note that strictly no refunds will be accepted after the delivery has been successfully completed.
